Our yoga classes are conducted by experienced Yoga teachers of Ananda Marga. The courses are designed from the designated asanas (Sanskrit word for yoga postures) given by Shrii P. R. Sarkar, founder of Ananda Marga. These courses are also supervised by the missionaries of Ananda Marga.
