About our classes

About Our Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are conducted by experienced Yoga teachers of Ananda Marga. The course is designed from the designated asanas (sanskrit word for yoga postures) given by Shrii P. R. Sarkar, founder of Ananda Marga. These courses are also supervised by the missionaries of Ananda Marga.

  • Workout (On-going)
  • Workout for Youth (On-going; Age: 13 – 19 yrs)

  • Private & Corporate classes available on request
  • Workshops/Talks on Meditation & Healthy Lifestyle are also available on request !
