A beginner's Guide to Vegetarian Food in Singapore

What is good about vegetarian food and where to find the best vegetarian eateries in Singapore?

Luke Otter has been running the famous hungryangmo.com website for five years and has documented over 400 vegetarian eateries in Singapore.

The talk will first focus on the different reasons to become vegetarian (environment, health, ethical, spiritual), and then look at the different categorizations of the term 'vegetarian'. Thereafter Luke will highlight some of the best local and international vegetarian eateries in Singapore and about 30 eateries will be mentioned.

The talk will conclude with 'taking the next step' and look at some of the reasons and excuses we may have for not evolving and cultivating a more compassionate diet.

About Our Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are conducted by experienced Yoga teachers of Ananda Marga. The course is designed from the designated asanas (sanskrit word for yoga postures) given by Shrii P. R.
