It is never too late to begin writing down what you'd like to achieve, but perhaps this year , spend some time thinking about how you could serve and contribute towards the needy and the less fortunate. Spiritual journey is not just about connecting to yourself, it is also about your connection with the people around you and how you work towards creating a more harmonious relationship with others in the society. We wish that you continue to meditate and keep an open, peaceful mind in 2015.

What type of Yoga do you teach?

Our style of Raja-Dhi-Raja Yoga is gentle, easy to practice type of yoga that encompasses asanas with deep breathing and meditation. We hold our poses longer to effectively massage the glandular and nervous systems. This would ensure a more balanced secretion of hormones, thus building stronger anti-bodies for a healthier internal system, while Meditation helps in attaining a peaceful state of mind.

This gentle style is most suitable for people who prefer a relaxing and rejuvenating form of yoga, as it is not fast paced. People from almost all ages can learn this form of Yoga.

Is Raja-Dhi-Raja Yoga different from Hatha Yoga?

Originally Hatha yoga is about controlling the mind by means of physical exercises only. The commercialized Hatha yoga often turns into aerobics or practicing postures for the purpose of body fitness and flexibility only.
