<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">What type of Yoga do you teach?</span></h4>
<p>Our style of Raja-Dhi-Raja Yoga is gentle, easy to practice type of yoga that encompasses asanas with deep breathing and meditation. We hold our poses longer to effectively massage the glandular and nervous systems. This would ensure a more balanced secretion of hormones, thus building stronger anti-bodies for a healthier internal system, while Meditation helps in attaining a peaceful state of mind.</p>
<p>This gentle style is most suitable for people who prefer a relaxing and rejuvenating form of yoga, as it is not fast paced. People from almost all ages can learn this form of Yoga.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">Is Raja-Dhi-Raja Yoga different from Hatha Yoga?</span></h4>
<p>Originally Hatha yoga is about controlling the mind by means of physical exercises only. The commercialized Hatha yoga often turns into aerobics or practicing postures for the purpose of body fitness and flexibility only.</p>
<p>Raja-Dhi-Raja Yoga teaches you how to focus efficiently through mental exercises [Meditation], with the help of the body [Yoga Asanas and Massage] with relaxation sessions and good advice for a Healthy Balanced Lifestyle.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">What kind of classes do you provide?</span></h4>
<p>In our regular yoga classes, we provide 3 basic levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Advance. All levels consist of 7 lessons. Each lesson is 2 hrs, done once a week over a period of 7 weeks. It is a structured class and more like a course in Yoga.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">What will I learn from these classes?</span></h4>
<p>We start off the class with ample warm-ups to prepare your body to do the asanas. Besides asanas [yoga postures], you will also learn Deep Breathing, Deep Relaxation, Kaoshiiki [Ananda Marga Yoga Dance], Self Massage [lymphatic drainage massage] and simple Meditation techniques.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">Are there other types of classes offered?</span></h4>
<p>We have started our Work-Out classes.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">What are ‘Work-out’ classes?</span></h4>
<p>These classes are not structured as compared to the regular classes. It mainly focuses on yoga asanas. It is suitable for those who wish to have a healthy weekly regime. There are different levels of Work-Out classes for different students.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">May I make a reservation?</span></h4>
<p>We do not take reservations. You may leave your name &amp; contact with us, but it <span style="text-decoration: underline;">does not</span> entitle you to a confirmed space until payment has been received. It is on a first-come-first-serve basis only.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">Do you provide corporate classes?</span></h4>
<p>We do provide corporate classes for companies. It is a 10-session course. Please call us @ 6344-6519 for more information.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">Are there yoga classes for Kids?</span></h4>
<p>Yes, we do offer Kidz Yoga classes. Basic yoga postures, expression through art, learning to focus, etc., are being taught in these lessons. The age group is between the ages of 5 to 12 years.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">What is AMYS membership?</span></h4>
<p>This is a yearly renewable membership with a one time admin charge of $10.00 and a yearly subscription of $25.00. The privileges are: discount from Yoga Classes, products and very special rates for seminars, workshops or retreats, organized by us.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff6600;">What other services do you provide at the centre?</span></h4>
<p>We run a Homeopathy clinic as a service to the society. You may read more about it under ‘Homeopathy’ at this website. If you wish to know more about our yoga society, please visit our ‘Links’ page and you will find many websites that&#8217;ll explain what we do.</p>

<li>There are no trial lesson in our Regular classes unless there&#8217;s space available on the actual day of class.</li>
<li>We reserved the rights to cancel any classes/workshops when deem fit.</li>
<li>We reserved the rights to increase the fees when so required without any notice.</li>
<li>Kindly note that there&#8217;s strictly no refunds.</li>
