Yoga Classes
Our yoga classes are conducted by experienced Yoga teachers of Ananda Marga. The course is designed from the designated asanas (sanskrit word for yoga postures) given by Shrii P. R. Sarkar, founder of Ananda Marga. These courses are also supervised by the missionaries of Ananda Marga.

Our centre currently offers the following classes:
- Adult Beginners
- Adult Intermediate
- Adult Advanced
- Adult On-going
- Yoga for Kids
- Private classes available on request
Each level consists of 7 weekly lessons lasting 2 hours per lesson.

- Warm ups and stretching exercises
- Yoga postures (asanas)
- Guided deep relaxation with visualisation
- Yoga dances
- Basic technique of tantra meditation

Course Fee
S$170 for a series of 7 weekly instructions.
Facilities include changing rooms and yoga mats.

- By phone - Call 6344-6519 to reserve your space. Payment to follow by post. Please indicate name, class enrolling and contact number on the reverse of the cheque.

Important Notes
- Please note that your reserved space can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
- Please make out cheques to 'Ananda Marga Yoga Society of Singapore' or 'AMYS' (for short).
